Ingredients

  • 3 turmeric medium-size pieces, peeled
  • 1 inch ginger peeled
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/2 orange squeezed (if needed to add some sweetness)
  • 1 bottle sparkling water

Instructions

  • Blend the first four ingredients together
  • Strain the contents into a glass jar and chill in the fridge until you’re ready to use
  • Serve the juice with the sparkling water, combined with a ratio of 1:1
