Aphrodite’s Morning Berries Toast

From the origins of wild strawberries with Aphrodite to your breakfast, kick-off the day like a goddess with the Aphrodite’s Morning Berries Toast.

Most of us have super busy mornings – so much so that we don’t have time for ourselves. Amidst the hustle-bustle of mornings, it is challenging to even think of making yourself a good, healthy breakfast. But my friends, you will have a good, productive day only if you hit off the day on a great note– that is, with a proper healthy breakfast.

When you are so busy, how to prepare a healthy, easy and joyful breakfast

Seems like a difficult task, but it’s not – especially with the super quick recipe I am going to share with you all today. Introducing a healthy and tasty recipe with strawberries– the Aphrodite’s Morning Berries Toast. This is a plant-based simple breakfast idea. The  Aphrodite’s Morning Berries Toast is my personal favorite and is a total hit amongst my friends too.

So let’s get started with understanding why I have chosen strawberries for this healthy breakfast with recipe strawberries:

It’s no coincidence that strawberries are the shape of your heart! They are exceptionally beneficial for the health of your heart too. With lots of strawberries in your diet, the cholesterol levels in your body are regulated.  These berries also work wonders to calm your nerves and work amazingly well to keep blood pressure under check.

These bright red berries have particularly high levels of antioxidants, known as polyphenols. Along with this, they are also loaded with vitamin C. Both these elements help to boost immunity levels in our bodies. These delicious berries also have a phytochemical called ellagic acid. Along with this, they also have lutein and zeathancins, which counter free radicals. This also helps to neutralize the potentially harmful effect these free radicals might have on our bodies in the long run.

Strawberries are also perfect for maintaining your eyesight. Our eyes require vitamin A and vitamin C, which protect them from exposure to UV rays. These vitamins also work to strengthen the eye’s cornea and retina.

These berries are also great for the skin. So if you’re looking for an inside-out, radiating glow on your skin, strawberries are what you need! They help increase the skin’s elasticity and resilience, bringing out a youthful glow on it. A bowl full of strawberries would also help reduce inflammation, the prime cause for the appearance of wrinkles on the skin.

Along with inflammation of the skin, strawberries work wonders to soothe inflammation of the joints too. This helps to get rid of both only arthritides but also other major joint ailments.

Also, the fiber in strawberries helps slow down the absorption of sugars in the body, making them a great snacking option at mid-afternoon.

Apart from Aphrodite’s Morning Berries Toast, you can also add freshly cut strawberries to a range of other breakfast items such as salads or fruit salads too. As of now, let’s move ahead with the toast version. Can’t wait to start with the recipe for this vegan delicious breakfast
