Hi Love! Let’s try this new recipe: Creamy Chocolate Ice-Cream
The day of love is arriving, and I cannot keep calm! Valentine’s Day is one of those days where we celebrate the people we love – we go the extra mile to make them feel special. So whether it’s showering them with gifts, doing your favorite things together, or cooking up their favorite meals, everyone’s way of expressing love is different.
For me, it’s all about preparing something special for my loved ones. And if you are like me too, you will most definitely love what I am sharing today!
Before we begin, here’s something you need to know – just because you choose to remain healthy doesn’t mean you cannot indulge in treats on such special days and make yourself miserable!
Instead, you can choose to make your treats the healthy way, with wholesome ingredients – so that you won’t have to feel guilty about eating them too! So, what is the healthiest Valentine Treat?
That’s what precisely I’ll be sharing today – the recipe to my all-time favorite Creamy Chocolate Ice Cream! Let’s have a look at why I have chosen coconut milk and raw cacao powder to make this Valentine healthy snack:
Rich in healthy fats, coconut milk is one of the best substitutes for dairy milk. While I chose to use coconut milk in this recipe, you should know that you can use this fantastic ingredient for a whole range of other desserts.
Packed with essential vitamins C, E, B1, B3, B5, and B6, coconut milk is excellent for the health of your skin as well as hair. Additionally, it has loads of selenium, sodium, calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus – this makes it rich in electrolytes. This is also why you can sip on coconut milk when you feel fatigued – you will feel refreshed instantly!
It also helps lower blood pressure and cholesterol. Coconut milk has muscle building and fat reducing properties, making it the perfect food if you are on a weight loss journey. It also improves digestion and relieves constipation by contributing to the health of your gut.

Cacao powder, packed with flavonoids and many more antioxidants, helps improve the blood flow to the brain and heart. It not only helps to lower blood pressure but also works to prevent blood clots. Additionally, it also works to combat diabetes and heart ailments.
The flavonoids also help reduce inflammation throughout your body, reducing your risk of arthritis, depression, and Alzheimer’s disease. It is also loaded with essential nutrients such as iron, magnesium, potassium, and fiber. All in all, it is the perfect ingredient to add to this plant-based chocolate ice cream.
So let’s get started with the Valentine vegan treat recipe.
