Good morning and Happy Monday! Today I came with this delicious Papaya Smoothie recipe!

I hope you enjoyed your weekend and your extra hour! I certainly did! Maybe that is why today, I feel my stomach. 

I always try to be very conscious of what I eat, but sometimes, life happens, and you end up going to cheer up the New York marathon and having brunch with friends! Therefore the next day, my spoiled stomach, which is used to healthy goodies, says, hey! I am here, still working from yesterday’s party, be gentle!

The main reason is that this breakfast is full of digestive enzymes like the Papain in Papaya and the Bromelain in the Pineapple that will help speed up your digestion. Just what you need after a Sunday Funday!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond milk or any other non-diary milk you prefer
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 banana frozen
  • 1 date
  • 1 cup papaya diced
  • 1/2 cup pineapple frozen
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

Instructions

  • Blend thoroughly and enjoy immediately! (Add ice cubs if needed)
