Ingredients

  • 1 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1/4 cup flaxseed grounded
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon grounded
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • coconut oil greasing the pan

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except for the milk and the banana.
  • In a blender or food processor, combine the banana and the milk.
  • Slowly add the blended liquid to eat dry ingredients until you have a smooth paste.
  • Heat a pan over low heat and lightly oil it with coconut oil.
  • Pour in the pancake batter to desired pancake size and book for about 5 minutes or until you see bubbles appear.
  • Flip and repeat on the other side.
