Preach Peach Summer Salad

Peach salad recipe. The perfect salad for this summer
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes

  • 3 tbsp corn cobs organic
  • 3/4 cup cooked quinao
  • 1/2 cup basil chopped
  • 4 peaches pitted and sliced in supreme
  • 1 avocado pitted and diced
  • 1 1/2 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp nutritional yeast


  • Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat until hot. Drizzle corn with EVOO and add the corn to the grill pan. Cook for 5 minutes on each side. Set aside to cool. Once cool enough to handle, cut corn off the cob and add to a large bowl.
  • Mix all the ingredients together, except for the last three, using a spatula gently fold the salad until everything is well incorporated.
  • Add the last three ingredients and mix thoroughly again.
  • Serve and enjoy!
