- 2 cup non-dairy milk
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice plus more for serving
- 1/2 cup espresso
- 1/2 tsp maple syrup only if needed- I don't typically add it.
- Add milk, pumpkin puree, and sweetener if using to a saucepan over medium heat. Heat until hot, but do not boil. Remove the saucepan from the heat and whisk in the vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice.
- Make two espressos.
- Divide the mixture between the two mugs, and mix. Top a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
