Rose Latte

The ultimate Spring Latte!

If you’re looking for something sweet, flavorful, and refreshing at once, you should definitely try out this amazing Rose Latte recipe. This vegan rose latte is absolutely lip-smacking and a perfect drink when the temperatures are soaring outside. Be it the balmy springs or hot summers, this drink is my go-to during it all!

I have added roses to this recipe, as they bring in the much-required freshness to the latte. Roses have been used in the kitchen since to create delectable recipes. Thanks to the presence of roses in these recipes, they are known for the subtle yet rich flavor.

The Greeks, Romans, and Persians used roses to infuse oils and medicinal waters but never explored their full potential by using them in recipes. Later, the Persians experimented and created rose water, which was then widely used in cakes, candies, and desserts.

Today, the benefits of this fragrant flower are widely known. This is why roses are used widely in different cuisines – both as a main ingredient as well as for garnishing. Rosewater works as a wonderful natural coolant. It has strong anti-inflammatory properties, which can help treat multiple ailments, both internal and external.

The antiseptic properties of rose water are another reason you need to regularly include it in your diet. These properties help to prevent as well as treat infections. The presence of antioxidants in rose water helps protect your cells from damage. Research says that these antioxidants have potential lipid peroxidation inhibitory effects. This provides powerful cell protection.

Consuming rose water also works as an instant mood lifter, thanks to the antidepressant properties present in it. If you have a recurring headache, a little rosewater can help you get rid of it too! Rosewater also helps aid proper digestion functioning while helping alleviate any digestive disorders. As long as you’re not allergic to roses, it’s totally safe to include roses in different forms in your diet regularly.

Apart from roses, coffee is another ingredient in this plant-based rose latte recipe. However, it is completely up to you whether you wish to include coffee in this recipe – it tastes great either way! We have extensively discussed the pros and cons of coffee earlier. Anything consumed minimally won’t cause any harmful side effects, and the same applies to coffee.

If you use coffee sparingly in your diet, there’s nothing like it! It works to improve your energy levels, helps to burn fat, and keeps you active all day long. It also lowers the risk of lifestyle ailments like diabetes and other issues, such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and Dementia. The right amount of coffee can actually boost your ability to think faster, making you smarter too! On an overall basis, coffee offers amazing cognitive as well as physical benefits to the human body, and we must make use of this magical ingredient as much as we can – in the right proportions! If ypu love coffe try this recipe!
