- high-speed blender
- Nut-milk bag
- 1 cup nut, of your choice soaked for at leat 2 hours, drained and cleaned
- 4 cups water filtered
- 1 Medjool date optional- I typically don't use any.
- Blend all the ingredints.
- Filter the liquid through the nut-milk bag, and squeeze to obtain the maximum amount of liquid.
- Save in the fridge until the moment to use. Remember to mix again before using it, as it tends to stratify. It has a self alife of about five days if kept in the fridge. +Tip. Don't through the nut left in the nut bag. Once dry, you can use it for baking.
